Delufen Indications

Local treatment of rhinitis (rhinitis, rhinosinusitis) of any etiology (infectious, viral or bacterial, vasomotor, allergic including hay fever, hay fever) and forms (acute, chronic, hypertrophic, atrophic); inflammation of the auditory tube (eustachitis).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Dosage & Administration

Children aged 1 to 12: 1 injection in each nostril 4 times a day.

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 injection in each nostril 4 times a day.

Early treatment within the first 2 days recommended the drug every half hour: Adults and children over 12 years – 2 injection, children aged 1 to 12 years – 1 injection in each nostril, but not more than 8 times per day. Further drug use 4 times per day.

The duration of treatment.

In acute catarrhal rhinitis: 1 week.

In acute purulent rhinitis, sinusitis, eustachitis: 2-4 weeks.

Chronic rhinitis: 4-8 weeks.

In allergic rhinitis, hay fever, hay fever: 1-4 weeks, depending on the duration of the precipitating factors (exposure to the allergen).

If necessary, the treatment course can be repeated.
