Diacerein Indications

Symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to any component of the product and / or anthraquinone.

Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease; partial or complete intestinal obstruction; abdominal pain of undetermined origin; severe hepatic dysfunction.

At the same time no use of antibiotics.

Dosage & Administration

Treatment should start only doctors who have experience in the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Adults -1 capsule (50 mg diatsereyinu) during meals 2 times a day (morning and evening). Duration of therapy doctor determines individually depending on the severity of the disease, the efficacy and tolerability of therapy.

Minimum course of treatment usually ranges from 3-6 months.

In some cases (for adapting to prokinetic action diatsereyinu) in early drug treatment administered 1 capsule per day within 2-4 weeks, then switch to normal mode of drug.

If creatinine clearance <30 mg / ml – 1 capsule per day.
