Fanigan Diclofenac 20-50-100 tabs

FANIGAN tablets

– 500 mg paracetamol
– 50 mg Diclofenac Sodium 

INDICATIONS

– acute pain (muscle, headache, toothache, the localization in the spine), with rheumatism,

– rheumatoid arthritis,

– ankylosing spondylitis,

– osteoarthritis,

– spondylitis,

– acute attacks of gout,

– primary dysmenorrhea,

– adnexitis,

– faringotonzillite,

– otitis.

Post-traumatic and post-operative pain.

APPLICATION

Dose is determined by the physician for each patient individually, depending on the age of the patient, and the nature of the disease, individual tolerance and therapeutic efficacy.

Adults and children over the age of 14 years – 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after meals.

Duration of treatment is not more than 5-7 days, depending on the disease.

The maximum daily dose for adults and children over the age of 14 years is no more than 3 tablets.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol or to any other component of the drug.

Acute gastric ulcer or bowel; gastrointenstinalnoe bleeding or perforation.

Severe hepatic insufficiency (class C Child-Pugh cirrhosis and ascites).

Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min).

Severe heart failure (heart failure class III-IV).

Patients in response to the use of diclofenac, paracetamol, aspirin or other NSAIDs having asthma attacks (aspirin asthma), urticaria, or acute rhinitis, nasal polyps, and other allergic symptoms.

Hemodyscrasia unknown origin.

Leukopenia.

Anemia moderate and severe degrees.

Congenital hyperbilirubinemia.

Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

Patients noted a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, related to the use of NSAIDs.

Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis).

Alcoholism.

Treatment of post-operative pain following coronary artery bypass graft (or the use of heart-lung machine).
