Hartil AM 5mg/5mg 30 tablets

Hartil Composition:
active ingredients: ramipril; amlodipine;
1 capsule contains 5 mg ramipril and 5 mg amlodipine (corresponding to 6.95 mg amlodipine besylate)
excipients: crospovidone, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerin dibehenate; composition of the capsule (lid and base); capsules of 5 mg / 5 mg brilliant blue FCF + FD and C blue 1 (E 133), allure red AC + FD and C red 40 (E 129), titanium dioxide (E 171), gelatin.

Indications

For the treatment of arterial hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is properly controlled by individual drugs, it is prescribed simultaneously in the same dose as in combination, but in the form of separate tablets.

Contradictions

– Sensitivity to the active substance or to any other component of the drug or other ACE inhibitors;
– angioedema in history (hereditary, idiopathic or previously transferred during treatment with ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists);
– renal artery stenosis (bilateral or stenosis of the artery of one kidney);
– primary aldosteronism;
– age of 18 years;
– pregnancy and breastfeeding;
Ramipril is not used for patients with hypotension or hemodynamically unstable states.

Dosage & Adminsitarion

Take the medicament every day at the same time. The tablets should be swallowed whole without chewing, drinking plenty of fluids, regardless of the meal. The tablets may be divided into two equal halves.

Arterial hypertension. The recommended initial dose – 2.5 mg 1 time per day. Depending on the patient’s condition daily dose can be doubled every 2-3 weeks. The usual maintenance dose is 2.5-5 mg / day. The maximum daily dose – 10 mg.

If necessary, use a dose of> 5 mg instead of further increasing the dose of the Charter shall consider the possibility of combining it with other antihypertensive agents, such as diuretics or calcium channel blockers.

Congestive heart failure. The initial recommended dose – 1.25 mg 1 time per day. Depending on the therapeutic effect of the daily dose can be increased by doubling it every 1-2 weeks. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 10 mg.

The treatment after acute myocardial infarction. The recommended starting dose is 5 mg Hart / day, divided into 2 doses of 2.5 mg, a dose taken in the morning, and the other – in the evening. If the patient does not tolerate this initial dosage recommended dose of 1.25 mg 2 times a day for 2 days.

Then, depending on the clinical effect, the dose may be increased. Raise the dose recommended by doubling it every 1-3 days.
