Metonat Composition:
active substance: methonate (3- (2,2,2-trimethylhydrazinium) propionate dihydrate); 5 ml of solution (1 ampoule) contain 500 mg of methonate (3- (2,2,2-trimethylhydrazinium) propionate dihydrate); Excipient: water for injections.

Indications

– complex therapy of ischemic heart disease (angina, myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure and dyshormonal cardiomyopathy),

– treatment of acute and chronic disorders of the brain blood supply (cerebral stroke, and chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency),

– when hemophthalmus and retinal hemorrhages of different etiologies (diabetes, hypertension), with a decrease in performance, physical exertion, to eliminate the abstinence syndrome in chronic alcoholism (in combination with specific alcoholism therapy).

Dosage & Administration

Cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular accidents. In the combined therapy at a daily dose of in / in the introduction of 5-10 ml of p-pa (0.5-1 g), used the entire dose at once or divide it in 2 divided doses. The course of treatment – 4-6 weeks.
