Pulmicort 100-200mcg/dose powder for inhalation

Pulmicort Composition:
active substance: budesonide; 1 dose (inhalation) contains either 200 mcg of budesonide.

Medicinal form:
Powder for inhalation. The main physical and chemical properties: 200 mcg/dose: A specially designed powder inhaler made of plastic materials. The rotating dispenser is brown in color. Budesonide 200 is extruded on the base of the rotating dispenser. Contents – round granules from white to almost white in color, crushed into a fine powder under low impact. A fraction of powder may be present.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:
Inhalation agents used for the treatment of obstructive diseases of the respiratory tract. Glucocorticoids. ATX code R03B A02.

Indication:
persistent bronchial asthma, in which treatment with inhaled glucocorticoids is indicated; treatment of moderate or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
