Vermox Composition:
active ingredient: mebendazole; 1 tablet contains mebendazole 100 mg;
excipients: sodium lauryl sulfate, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, sodium saccharin, talc, corn starch, lactose.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:
Anthelmintics. Derivatives of benzimidazole. ATX code R02C A01.

Indications:
Treatment of invasions such as enterobiasis, ascariasis, hookworm, trichuriasis, necatorosis.

Dosage and administration:
For oral use.

With enterobiasis:
adults and children over 2 years of age, regardless of body weight and age – 1 tablet (100 mg) once. To prevent re-invasion, repeat 1 tablet (100 mg) after 2 or 4 weeks.

With ascariasis, trichuriasis, hookworm or mixed helminthiases:
adults and children over 2 years old, regardless of body weight and age – 1 tablet (100 mg) 2 times a day (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening) for 3 consecutive days.

When using Vermox, you do not need to follow a special diet or take laxatives. Tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole. For young children, the tablet can be crushed before use. Taking the drug by a child should be supervised by adults.
